Manchester is easily one of the best cities in the UK for a visit, whether you have a week to spend or far less time. There's something for almost everyone here, and we'd be happy to take you to some of our favourite spots when you reserve one of our vehicles. Here are a few great choices.

Castlefield is an excellent starting place when exploring Manchester.  It was originally the area of the Roman fort Mamucium, which is where it received its name.  This area shows Manchester’s industrial past with its canals which were the city’s gateway to the sea, its brick warehouses and its iron bridges that carried trains and trams above those canals.  The area is no longer an industrial area and has become a residential and night time locale with some very popular bars and restaurants.

Fletcher Moss Park Gardens is one of Manchester’s most scenic and beautiful places and is an ideal place if you want to take in nature at its finest and enjoy its large meadow, woodlands, bird feeding station, rock garden and vast paths.

Manchester also has some wonderful museums to explore such as the Manchester Museum, the People’s History Museum, the Museum of Science and Industry, the National Football Museum, the Whitworth Art Gallery, the Manchester Museum of Transport to name a few.

Manchester’s Underworld is also well worth exploring.  Taking a tour under the streets of Manchester where you will hear stories of ghost and haunting in this area is a wonderful idea.  This is definitely a must see if you would like to see an area of Manchester that is not often seen.

A trip to Manchester should also involve a visit to Cloud 23, which is located in the Beetham Tower and is one of Manchester’s better Champagne and cocktail bars. What makes this a must see are the glorious views of the city and beyond that you can behold at Cloud 23.

No matter where you go or what you see in Manchester, it is well worth exploring these areas with the help of Earl’s Limousines who with our knowledgeable chauffeurs, will make your trip even better and more enjoyable.
